What is a program that would make you always do something useful?

Is there any program that regularly asks "Why aren't you doing something useful right now?". For example, it could analyze which program or site is currently active and whether you have done something useful since the beginning of the day. You can add a list of useful activities (programs, sites) yourself. Everything else would have to do with rest.

For a program to really make you do something useful, it has to start something along the lines of rm -rf / --no-preserve-rootas soon as you start messing around.

I will not recommend the program. I advise you to print this picture and hang it near the workplace.

Turbo button . 25 minutes of magic. You choose a feasible result and press to it without looking back.
UPD 1. I have four alarms set up on my phone for weekdays. Every 2-3 hours I get a call with a question in the spirit: "Well, what are you doing?" ;)
UPD 2. Maybe Rescuetime ? Nikolay Toverovsky recommends .

Why programs???
This is a fight against the investigation.
Programs are aimed at maintaining motivation, and the only correct one is to obey discipline.
