I myself live near Katyusha and use Yota. Not bad for surfing, but in the evening after work you can forget about torrents or streaming video. Before that, I used ADSL from Rostelecom, I think there are no comments here.

I switched to 4G Megafon, the flight is excellent. In the evening it gives out about 3MB and is quite stable.
