What is a host replica?
I'm reading information about DNS Root Servers and it mentions such words as "replica hosts".
Googled only that host replica is a failsafe write acceleration.
What is a host replica? Is this a mirror of another server?

This is a copy of the server so that our first one breaks, you can get dns records from the second
