Requirements:
512 MB RAM; one core
Full virtualization (KVM or XEN), although containers are also possible, but we need feedback on stability and price.
The project is absolutely not generating income - therefore, at a price: the lower the better.
Ippbx will be running on the server, so RTT from Russia is critical.

Sorry for the late question. ;-\ there was a promotion
on firstvds.ru on Friday , and one could buy a virtual server for 13 rubles for a whole month. This would be enough to at least test from all sides. And if the case, then cheapness is not an indicator of quality (at least not always) and it is better to check hosting before combat use at least for a week. For more or less adequate statistics of work.
