What is a good photo manager with tag support?

I am looking for software to manage the mess in the photo archive. He needs to be able to assign tags to photos. Those. it is supposed to arrange not physically in directories, but at the level of tags. Moreover, each photo can have several tags. For example, "children", "September 2001", "Vasya". Well, search, and CRUD operations with search results? Google offers solutions, but somehow they don’t like everyone very much. What do you use for such tasks?

Hmm .. I'm interested in desktop software (or a tool on a local NAS).
For the desktop, so far I see only such as
Windows - Adobe Lightroom . All familiar photographers use it.
Linux - digiKam . Also a powerful package. But I'm personally confused by the dependencies from KDE, and the absurdity of the interface. For now, I'm using it. Maybe I'll get used to it.
However, I look forward to other examples in this thread.

piwigo.org/showcase/index.php?/tags/6-hdr/330-anim... here's an example for you, it's very convenient, you click on the tag on the left and it is added to the current tags in the search, and only searchable tags remain .
