These are highlights, rooftops and surfaces that reflect sunlight well at a (bad) angle to the subject that is shooting.
Nearby, at the coordinates 43.28695541546911, 76.85087874442297, you can find the same illumination on Yandex maps, and on Google maps you can see that the roof is shiny
