What is a good "invisible" time attendance program?

We need a high-quality system for monitoring working hours for a large staff. The main requirement for the functionality is invisibility to the end user and the most detailed tracking of all executable processes.
So far, we have only managed to test the "discipline" ; in general, we were satisfied with the performance of the demo version. Are there any analogues of such systems? Maybe someone had a similar need and you can share your experience. Thanks in advance.

We watched the discipline, but unfortunately the technical support leaves much to be desired. We found a great option - the Bitcop Security time tracking system , we are very satisfied.
