What is a free hosting with the ability to run Linux binaries via PHP shell_exec or exec?

Hey!
Started a website on Beget. I found out that it turns out there are no Root rights to execute the shell_exec command. And you just need to launch a headless browser for parsing.
Recommend hosting with this feature.
