How to use Ethernet over HDMI?

I asked myself, everywhere they write that via HDMI you can raise a 10Gbps network.
That's interesting, how? Do I need to buy any adapters? to raise the network via HDMI?
I can't find anything useful on google.

It's just that some HDMI cables have strands that conform to UTP Category 6. If both terminals allow it, you can use them.

And everywhere - where is it? I only saw that HDMI 1.4 added HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC) - it's fast ethernet, 100Mbps.
