What is a free analogue of Radmin for remote control of a computer on a local network?

We need a free analogue of radmin, which works purely in the local network

Tight VNC. Locally - the most juice. Install Viewer on your computer, on another Server and connect via IP (internal)

If the exact analogue of radmin is VNC. There are a bunch of free and a couple paid VNC clients.
If just for remote control - RDP

In terms of functionality, I would compare only Lite Manager, free up to 30 and miserable.
In terms of quality, only TightVNC is the best for remote connection. But with Radmina algorithms, they cannot be compared with everything they have
