The structure is very similar to a truncated translation of the verilog 1364-2001 standard. If you need verilog, it is better to read standards 1364.1-2002 and 1364-2001. If you can choose, then it's better to look towards SystemVerilog and read SystemVerilog for Design, well, the 1800-2009 or 1800-2012 standard. I have not seen good literature in Russian on SystemVerilog.
