What is a convenient, fast, simple team and personal task list similar to Moo.do?

Used several task managers. Most of all I like the design concept in Moo.do. Just a multi-level list of strings. If a line has nested lines, it is highlighted in bold. Any line can be dragged anywhere in the hierarchy with a drag drop and edited with a click. It's very easy to work with and get organized. But Moo.do only works well in one workplace, with good internet and one task list. In other conditions, there is an opportunity to work, but various, rather boring, "nuances" periodically pop up ..
My conditions are as follows:
1) Two to-do lists - corporate and personal. The corporate one should be seen and edited by everyone in the team, the personal one is just me. Ideally, you want to somehow not switch between these lists, all in one window. For example, I marked some tasks in both lists, then in some view mode you see the marked one and the other.
2) Unstable Internet, frequent change of jobs and operating systems (windows, android). There should be normal synchronization.
Please recommend something simple and reliable under these conditions
