How to execute php in xampp using windows task scheduler?

On windows 7 xampp is installed. There is a php script that needs to be executed daily. I do the task in the scheduler, as advised on the Internet (another daily task runs fine):

D:\xampp\php\php.exe -f D:\xampp\htdocs\control\php\daily.php

According to the scheduler, the task runs without errors. However, the effect that is achieved by opening this script in the browser does not follow.
I also tried the variant through js , the result is the same.
