What ip to enter in the wg0.conf (Wireguard) config in the Address field?

I am studying setting up Wireguard on the server and I don’t understand which ip to enter in Address?
The address of the vps itself? Or maybe some kind of internal, if so, how to recognize it?
AllowedIPs also .. what to write?

The subnet is entered into the Address, the addresses from which will be issued by the wireguard interface on the server and the wireguard client upon connection - the transport network.
AllowedIPs are the addresses that are allowed to connect to the Wireguard server on your peer.
If you want not to limit, put - 0.0.0.0/0
