What IP does Telegram use to check RSS?

Hello everyone, I have a server and access to it only from my country (Limited via Iptables) I want to add auto-posting from the RSS channel to the bot, but in order for Telegram to check it, you need to open access for its IP, but I don’t know which one . Maybe someone has?

take rss to another hosting. for example, you can make a simple proxy in php.
and already indicate this script in rss
