Repost news from VK/TG to TG?

Help me get comfortable and start with something to study the whole thing.

The bottom line: I want to start learning python to make a bot that will collect news from various sources and post them in TG.

There were already such topics here, but for VK there were offered various services for creating an RSS feed from VK, and the services are dead.

I have the most basic knowledge of python, but I still don’t know how to search for information here ..

Tell me, good people, in which direction to look and how to work with it?
