How to receive notifications about site updates if there is no RSS on it?

Hello reader.
There is a site with a blog on it, which, unfortunately, does not have an RSS feed. Please tell me some service that would check for updates to the specified site and create an RSS feed for me.
I've seen something similar before, I don't know how to correctly formulate a query in Google.
