What internet speed is needed to permanently connect 30 users via rdp?

The server will presumably be in Europe. What internet speed will be enough for this task? For everything to run smoothly? No traffic other than rdp is planned for this Internet channel.

Depends on the tasks and settings of the client.
If there is some kind of 1C that does not need color rendering, etc. then 100 kilos is enough.
But keep in mind that print jobs also go through the same channel, and they are often satisfied with voluminous ones.
Client settings and normul.
But it's better to cut it all off in the RDP server settings, so as not to run around all clients and not poke buttons.

depending on what to drive, 30 megabits for 30 people in the terminal is enough for me.

At one time there was a remote office with a channel of 256 Kb / s, there were 5 users. In principle, the channel was enough. Not to say that there were no lags, but it is quite tolerable.
