What could be causing the RDP problem?

The problem is the following:
Domain network, in it one of the computers does not accept RDP connections,
from that computer you can connect to any other, but you can’t connect to it.
In the logs it gives Event 56 TermDD
Reinstalling RDP, network drivers do not fix anything.
System files are intact.
Reinstalling the OS is not an option.
