How to disable reboot/shutdown via RDP?

There is a Windows 10 computer at home (in the remote access settings, the checkbox "Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication" is not active, because in this case I cannot connect with Windows XP) , from work I connect to it via RDP, my home and corporate networks are connected by a VPN connection. So, when I connect, I get to the lock screen, from which I can restart or turn off the computer without authorization.
How to remove the ability to turn off / restart the computer for an unauthorized user when connected via RDP?
