What international payment service can be used to receive payments from individuals?

Greetings. The next problem is that I am in Ukraine, but the payers are in the Russian Federation. Of course, it is impossible to simply take and send money from some savings bank to a Ukr.bank card. Exchangers are not a bad thing, but risky because there is no binding of the same QIWI to my Ukrainian card and cannot be. So, you need a service (which is accordingly located outside the CIS, otherwise the idea loses any meaning), which can provide (ideally) a virtual card (maybe not virtual, I’ll consider any options), to which a person from the Russian Federation can easily take and send funds, as if he were transferring to the card of any other bank in Russia.
And an important point: for the service to be able to withdraw funds to a card/account of a Ukrainian bank.
I already tried ePayService - they only allow transfers from legal entities and Payoneer - it's inconvenient, they don't give you any card, and besides, payment is only through an invoice (if the payer does not have an account in this service). In short: you need something more convenient for the payer, without problems and entering a bunch of extra personal data. Thanks to.

Oddly enough, the ideal solution turned out to be Yandex money "lying nearby" ... yes, they work with Ukrainian banks, and you can go through identification and get the most "comfortable" status in 5 minutes online ... one wonders why QIWI does not have such a possibility. In general, I advise Ukrainians with a similar problem to also look in the direction of Yandex money, you can even get a physical card, which is again delivered to Ukraine, and it’s not expensive and even pay with this card with us / withdraw from an ATM, if, again, you will be identified.

Why not use Liqpay or interkassa?
Is it also possible to come to Russia and simply issue a Russian card?
