We are engaged in the purchase of equipment from the population. Payments are small for 3-10t.r. Recently, it is not very convenient to work with cash, for a number of reasons. I would like to automate everything and go cashless. By connecting translations via API to 1C. IP - and there is no big difference in transferring from the IP physicist card or from the IP account., But the important point is that clients do not want to wait for time to be credited. i.e. bank transfer - not suitable.
So far, we have found https://kassa.yandex.ru/payouts/, but there is a large commission + 2-3 hours crediting.

Just dealt with a similar issue recently.
If your turnover is large enough, you can find a bank and negotiate with them directly.
As a rule, small banks agree to this.
If your turnover is small - that the bank will not meet halfway - it remains only to pay a "large" commission.

Nothing better than cash. Buying stolen goods does not just work with cash.
