How to implement individual user accounts?
In general, what methods are used to implement individual cash accounts on sites, with the possibility of replenishing an account on the site and withdrawing money to your own cards, bank accounts?
As an example:
-thematic forums with the possibility of advertising on the forum / selling some services through the forum itself;
-Freelance platform
Several options in my head, but I don’t understand how this is done not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation, for example:
-Creating one account for the site and conducting all monetary transactions from it;
-Registration of wallets on third-party services for each user.
If anyone has dealt with this, please tell me how to do it properly.

all accounts are issued to the company, payments and payments are made from them, you yourself do not start any wallets for users anywhere.
the scheme is the most common and obvious and does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation in any way
All this works at the level of internal solution. Users only have numbers and an output gateway API for each user account. And the cash account in the payment / bank is registered in the name of a company or an individual.
It is not necessary to open separate bank / payment accounts for each user, and even harmful, this is extra labor.
