30t.r. this is a verdict, only aging and weak hardware, it’s banal that there won’t be enough money for 32g RAM, so lower the requirement to 16 (you’ll buy it later).
Also, the requirement for two monitors can be very annoying, since motherboards do not often contain two video outputs. And the presence of a built-in video card halves the choice.
