What if the gnome sends notifications about new updates despite the fact that there are no updates and there are just some packages fixed in the system?

The gnome sends notifications of new updates almost every day, although there are no new updates. I am sure that the reason is in the fixed packages. The problem is not fundamental, but maybe someone has an idea what can be done about this?

PS The option to remove fixed packages is not suitable.
