How to fix the messed up indication of keyboard layouts in Gnome Shell 3.14?

Installed the latest Ubuntu Gnome. I noticed a strange bug: the display of layouts does not work correctly: if the Russian layout is enabled, then the indicator displays English, if English - then Russian. How can this be fixed?
