What if someone else's app is using your AdMob ads?

I explain the point.
In Admob, you can link an application for which ads will be shown.
A person with a similarly named game linked MY app instead of theirs.
Admob sent me an email today with the following content:
"We are reporting that your app violates the AdMob program policies. Please fix the issue to avoid pausing your ads. See below for more information on what to do......
.... PLACING CONTENT OVER ADS OR VICE VERSE. Our program policies do not allow publishers to alter how AdMob ads function in any way. This includes, among other things, placing ads in such a way that they partially cover the content of the application, as well as placing page elements on top of ads. If your app has dropdown menus, they should not cover AdMob ads.
Action Required: Fix AdMob policy violations in your app.
...
You don't need to let us know that you've fixed the problem. Please be aware that if violations persist, ads may be disabled in the app listed above"

Question: Should I take any action in this case?
Maybe someone has already experienced this?

As I understand it, the bablos from impressions / clicks is dripping for you? Well, yes, it doesn't matter in this case... Specifically, I did not come across AdMob, but with AdSence - since you are with AdMob. In principle, the same eggs are better, only for different technologies...
Apparently, that person is a reindeer breeder, since he shows your ad instead of his own... (well, or maybe I'm a reindeer breeder, if AdMob works differently))))
In the case with Adsence, if you do not take any action - acc to the ban. And this means that you will have to register a new one, to your grandmother (because for payment there, the identity is confirmed by a paper letter with a code, well, it used to be like that, right now xs).
In short, just delete this ad block in your AdMob account, and there is no problem :)
Instead, create a new one and update the block code in your application, or whatever it is for you))
Well, somehow it looks like this in my view, xs we can be mistaken somewhere.
