What for? If on Windows, install a portable version of popular browsers 2-3 latest versions, if you need IE, also install version 7 and 9 and test. There are such services, but they send printscreens, which will not give you special information for debugging + screenshots take a long time to pour in.

Try https://www.browserstack.com/ it's the best I've seen. With something like Remote Desktop it's possible to test your site on a remote machine with whatever system and browser you want.
