What if it's not my money from Microsoft Azure?

Hello! There was such a situation - after the end of the test period in Microsoft Azure, money with the description "MSFT *AZURE MSFT AZURE" was credited to my card. I googled, usually everyone has the opposite problem - they write off money after the end of the test period, although they should not. And I have the opposite - enrolled. I can't get through to Microsoft's support to find out anything about this. Has anyone had a similar situation? And how did you do?
I understand of course that they enrolled it was not removed. But anyway, the money is not mine and I would not like to pocket it myself. Yes, and in order to avoid future problems, I would like to immediately resolve this issue.

In general, I got through to our support, they sent me to the bourgeoisie. If you encounter such a situation, you can immediately send them a request . Bourgeois respond very quickly and efficiently. During a small correspondence, it turned out that a withdrawal was made, and then a refund for the same amount, so that the resulting amount was 0RUR (as they said - for an unknown reason). But for some reason, the withdrawal transaction did not go through, but the return did. So in the near future they promised me that the money would be withdrawn back))))

Are you sure that this is not a return of previously blocked funds? I recommend checking with your bank.

I have just the opposite situation, I used the service a couple of months ago, and suddenly they began to withdraw a thousand for some kind of subscription that I did not give.
Is it possible to get through to Azura's supports?
