What if all sites are removed from the hosting?

What if all sites are deleted from the hosting and the support service cannot restore the data since they are gone?
Am I legally right, do they have to compensate me for something?

If you specified the administrative password "12345" - who is responsible for this? One of my bosses said, "Fuck the passwords," until a file encryptor went through the network folder.
BUT you can write a letter of claim to the contractor with the amount that you spent and / or will spend to restore data with a warning of lawsuits for poor quality services (you need lawyers). And until the subpoena arrives, they will not talk to you.
Only by a court decision or a settlement agreement can one count on compensation. And only if there is no clause in the contract that the customer is responsible for the safety and backup copies. Read the contract with attachments))).
If your lawyers have nothing to do, and you pay them :) - start.
Question: How much money do you have? How much will legal costs and website restoration cost?
UPD!!! Updated!!!
Alibek Kulseitov ,
Contract
5.2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER:
5.2.6 Make backup copies of your files and other data stored on servers. The Contractor is not responsible for the destruction of the Customer's files, regardless of whether it was done intentionally or accidentally. A weekly backup of the Customer's data cannot 100% guarantee that the files will be backed up safe and sound;
Throw in the above and compensation.

Well, read the contract with hosting.
It can simply be written there that the hoster does not bear any responsibility for the safety and performance of the client's sites / data, it only provides computing power for rent.
Well, the lack of backup does not oblige the hoster to make a backup at home, unless this is stated directly in the contract or an additional service is connected.

Now there will be many items "Usually"
1 Usually, the hoster always has backups (even if this is not in the contract) sometimes not very fresh.
2 Usually, data is restored from them at the request of the client, in extreme cases for money.
3 Usually, if you have something important, you also make backups.
4 Usually all of the above is true, except when you have super cheap hosting.
Z.Y. After looking at the prices of your hoster - yes, you have super cheap hosting from $0.79 per year!

@abmanimenja

do they have to pay me back?

Hoster's liability is limited.
Only commensurate with the amounts paid for hosting services for the last billing period (the last month, usually).
Well, they will give money in the amount of monthly payment for hosting.
Do you need those funny pennies?
The data is valuable only to you.
No one is obligated to keep them for you without additional payment.
No one will pay you "worthy" compensation.
And according to the laws, the maximum you can get is the amount for 2 months of payment for hosting services (the so-called forfeit and moral damage).
And this is the maximum.

@opium

Depends on who deleted all the files
Well, read the contract, this aspect is not regulated by the laws of the Russian Federation

If you have not made backups, then alas, nothing will help.

"...And then it dawned on me:
- Backup! My kingdom for a backup!..."
As a rule, the hoster doesn't owe you anything :) Unless you have a certain premium rate, you are a super-client, a media person, an important official.. A hoster can send a normal user (from the experience of communicating with a certain VPS hoster, who just didn’t send me to yuh).
The problem of backups is always a user's problem, especially since now there is a clear trend that all kinds of cloud providers have taken on their own to decide what to store and what not.
Compensation - don't tell my slippers!
