Intel XDK , since it has a built-in emulator with a debugger (for IOS and Android ), as well as such a good thing as running an application on a smartphone using the cloud. Although this IDE has a package manager, most of the plugins that helped with web development are missing (in particular , emmet ). However, there is relatively adequate auto-insertion, especially when compared to Sublime . I note that when working in it, artifacts appear on the screen, which of course does not interfere with work, but spoils the aesthetic appearance of the application. Compared to jambs, there are clearly more pluses, in any case, you can test it, since the application is free to use.
