What hosting for e-mail on your domain can you recommend?

The question is:
I would like to find a provider that provides an email hosting service on their own domain, with the ability to connect up to 3 domains and create up to 10 email addresses in total. Support for working with email clients and, preferably, not a very high cost of the service (I would like up to $30-60 per year in total (and not for each user)).
Also, it should not be Mail, Yandex, Google, Microsoft. I would like a company with servers exclusively in the US / EU.

Thank you)

PS To rent a server and set up a postal service there - I do not consider this option. It is necessary to have a certain experience in order to guarantee not to lose mail once or to have a guarantee of receiving all letters. It's easier for me to entrust all the work to someone)

Take VDS, for example, from DigitalOcean or OVH.
And install your mail software on it - by trusting all the work.

A penny VPS or the usual same penny shared hosting with support, support and backups + regular backups of all this somewhere to yourself.
