Is it possible that Yandex connect does not accept emails due to political issues?

Hello, I recently connected to Yandex connect as a mail service, thereby refusing the service that my hosting offered me. The problem is the following, the fact is that today a letter was sent to the company's mail, a letter was sent from Iran, how much our employees did not update, and how much they did not wait for the letter did not arrive. Our employee sent his Gmail to the Iranian company and the letter arrived.
I set up the MX records correctly, everything works, but we can’t get a letter from Iran (...
What could be the matter?
Thank you!

well, we seem to be friends with Iran, but here's how the DNS is updated in Iran ...

- As far as I know, it's kind of like friendship with Iran. If the letter was from Lithuania - one could still think :)
- How and for what reasons Yandex can refuse to accept a letter - only Yandex admins know. Using a third-party mailer, you just have to stupidly rely on the fact that the admins are at least a little honest :)
- Maybe it's just in spam?

Good afternoon! I'm from Yandex.
Tell me, have you tried contacting my colleagues from the Mail directly in this form? https://yandex.ru/support/connect/troubleshooting.html
If not, please write me your login in PM, we'll see with colleagues what's wrong! We have no such restrictions. Masonic conspiracy, not otherwise! :)

From time to time, Yandex has various problems with mail, including lost letters, politics has nothing to do with it, it's just the Yandex level, with the corresponding price.
Mail for a domain from Google seems to cost $50 per mailbox per year, and there is a different level accordingly.
