What headphones should you buy?

Good afternoon. Often there are problems with noise, because of which productivity suffers. Most likely you know about it firsthand. Recently I decided to buy headphones with noise reduction, overhead for PC, budget up to 3000 rubles. Bluetooth headphones are not of interest, and the microphone can be neglected. Acoustics to be on the level. What do you recommend to buy? Are there any good Sony or Senhizer headphones for this price?

For 3k there are no normal ones at all.
