What hardware to take for python?

Many people say that python is slow, then what kind of computer should I have for it so that everything goes well? Here is my laptop Specs: RAM: 8 GB Intel® Core™ i3-8130U CPU @ 2.20GHz × 4 GeForce MX150 / PCIe / SSE2

Watching what to do. If the backend is programmed, then no problem. And if you count neural networks, then you need to find out compatibility with the requirements of libraries - the presence of CUDA or something else.

2. What is meant by "everything" and "went"?
Start from the task, do you need simple scripts to drive and study python, or to train and use neurons?
Start on your completely excellent laptop, when the knowledge base appears, you yourself will understand what is missing (but this is not accurate;))
