What hardware solution exists that supports two WANs?

Hello, there was a question about connecting the Internet from two different providers, with the ability to work as one main and switching to another provider as a backup in case the first one falls. With the help of Google, I went to TL-R480T +, as far as I understood correctly, it uses several wan at the same time and not with switching as I need, or did I misunderstand something?
