What hard drive configuration should I choose for the server?

It is planned to purchase a server for the ESXi hypervisor with CentOS, Win 10 and Kerio Control as hosts. On CentOS'ah will work: a Samba DC domain controller, Zimbra mailer, file storage for users. On Win 10: RDP for licensed programs such as Acrobat Pro and FineReader, as well as Kaspersky Security Center.
How to correctly choose the configuration of hard drives?
As I see it: 240GB SSD for hypervisor with systems (240 is enough?), SAS 1TB for snapshots, regular SATA 6TB for file washer. All in RAID 1. 30 users.

Who are you asking?
Do you think there are only telepaths who know how much space your virtual machines take up?
If not more than 140GB, then it is quite enough, if more - no.
