What happens when doing a factory reset using local install after a crash?

During the installation of one driver, the system crashes: blue screen of death, reboot, diagnostics, automatic recovery attempt, reboot, blue screen of death .... and so on in an endless loop, all this is disgraceful.

What happens when resetting to factory settings, if I choose not to download an image from the cloud, but choose a local installation (which takes into account already installed firewood), the problematic driver has already registered in the system as an OEM?

Will we get a system with an infinite crash at the output?
