I registered on Azure, tried the free period, then made a paid subscription, uploaded one application and forgot about it. A couple of months later I received a bill for $200. The application was deleted as unnecessary, the subscription was canceled. Actually a question - whether it is possible to score on these $200? Or do you have to pay?

It is better to write to support, explain the situation, report that the resources were not used, but were idle. Amazon, for example, goes to a meeting and writes off the debt.
Who knows where this debt will come out later, after a while it will be more difficult to resolve the issue.
