I can not connect through "remote desktop connection" as an administrator and under my account too. A couple of weeks ago, the chief accountant had the same problem, after which it turned out that her account was blocked, and literally today I can’t log in the same way and find out what is the reason.
1) Will resetting the administrator password help if it has been blocked?
2) What to do next?

If memory serves, then when connecting to a remote desktop, a certificate is issued with a default period of 3 months and a maximum indefinitely
