How do I encrypt a multi-OS bootable hard drive?

There is an MBP with a 512 GB SSD disk divided into two sections.
It has 2 systems:
1) MacOS X Yosemite
2) Windows 8 x64 Pro
At the moment BootCamp bootloader. How can you provide disk encryption so that two systems work the same way?
+ such an important point in Mac OS X should be able to read / write to the partition where Windows is located and vice versa.

If only via https://truecrypt.ch/ ). We encrypt both sections. And then we will mount the second section with handles.

It seemed to me that FileVault is just about this ... or is it not friendly with the bootcamp?
