The DLP matrix is dead, you can fix it yourself (module replacement) - but you will have to disassemble the entire projector, so you need direct hands. It's stupid to disassemble, throw out the dead one, put in a new one and assemble - the main thing is that there are no extra parts left.

Either something is horrible, or kranty matrix. It's impossible to fix it on your own.
You can try to check the cable again - maybe there are problems in it.
