How to choose a projector for the office?

The task was to choose a projector for a small office space, designed for a maximum of 10-20 people.
The main goal is to design various presentations, but it is also necessary to show videos.
Also interesting is the possibility of wireless image transmission.
Budget: 50-70 thousand rubles.
On the Internet, articles are divided into frankly advertising, or too in-depth technical.
The main points that I understood:
1. The projector must have a brightness of 2500+ lumens for presentations in a lit room.
2. The type is most likely to fit 3LCD
3. The focus is normal.
Points that I did not understand:
1. What resolution will be optimal? I'm leaning towards 1280x1024
2. Wireless image transmission. As I understand it, there are several main types of transmission.
1) Connecting the wi-fi adapter to the projector and to the computer. (With this scheme, it is impossible to transmit video + software installation is required)
2) WFHD, connects via hdmi to the projector, and put the same device on the table with hdmi outputs (expensive solution)
3) Transmission from mobile devices (not interesting)
Perhaps there are some any other technology?

A bit of personal experience (Hitachi CP - CX300WN):
Wireless transmission (or network transmission) is delays. 1-4 seconds.
keystone correction - disabled.In the
previous office used a nettop connected via hdmi to a normal projector with a wire (and mounted next to it on the ceiling) and a wireless mouse-keyboard-pointer.It
feels like a much nicer solution than the current "wireless" projector, with connection through special software and delays.

Еще многое зависит от того, на сколько часов работы рассчитан проектор. Какие-то пожелания по данной теме?
