How can I remotely update the picture on a projector with android?

There is a system with eight projectors that project one big picture. There are parts of the picture for each projector on the PC. All projectors and PCs in the local network via WiFi. How can I update the pictures on the projectors with a command from the PC?

1) Make a website with a full screen slideshow. There is a js script that asks every second whether a new image needs to be loaded. On androids, open browsers with your site.
2) You raise a web server on adnroyd and it listens to your instructions. Search in the market.
