I apologize in advance if the question seems stupid, but can someone tell me which hal is used in windows 10? There may be some sources or other documentation for learning this specific kernel component. I heard that earlier they released a certain HAL Development Kit, if so, then how did the manufacturers implement their HALs into Windows builds?
