What GUI OS can be installed on the Raspberry Pi Zero W to use as a multimedia center with the ability to access the Internet (YouTube)?

Install OpenElec. This type of Linux is specially minimized and tailored for the Kodi media center (there is a set version for zero on the site). I set it to rpi zero. Youtube is installed by a plugin. In principle, YouTube is tolerable in terms of speed, but it all depends on the speed of the microCD, I settled on Sandisk 10 class UHS 1.
Also, if you want to play retro games in addition to multimedia, you can install Recalbox. There is also Kodi there, but it runs on top of the main shell, and it seems to me that it slows down a little, but in principle it is tolerable if there are no plans to squeeze the maximum out of multimedia capabilities from rpi zero.
I think that Zero can basically rely only on these two OS. The rest won't be very good.
