What good paid file hosting or service for uploading files and downloading by the crowd would you recommend?

The situation is simple: I sometimes upload quite large files to the Internet - from 1 GB to 20 GB on free file sharing services like file.karelia.ru or dropmefiles. But they, and a number of others, eventually developed limits on storage time, download speed, number of downloads, and size of uploaded files. And the resume is not supported everywhere.

I just need to upload a large file without problems with speed and then distribute a link to it so that several people (up to 200) can download it all just as quickly and without restrictions on speed, time. And without problems to download if necessary.

What are the paid file hosting services for this? I just looked at resources like dropbox or rapidshare and did not find a similar function, even a paid one. That is, you can upload there without problems, but people can download only with various restrictions, even when you buy an account. At least that's how I understood the description.

What option would you suggest in order to upload a large file and comfortably distribute it to users?

Share the folder / file - and that's it.
