Depends on the level. When studying individual dictionaries, it is better to compile them yourself.

Then there is a link to VK. The author has been making a deck for several years and sells for 300-400 rubles.
The best I've seen.
And if Anki is not important, there is a reWord program.
Great collection of words with examples.
Nice minimalistic interface. Work with swipes in one click (unlike Anki).
You can browse lists.
I recommend this program to my students.
