What Git service would you use if you wanted a maximum repository and file size?

Since I learned about version control systems, I've been waiting for the price to drop, max. the size of the repository has become a minimum of 100Gb, and the max. file size not less than 5 Gb.
What is happening in the market now?

Install git on your local computer and make yourself at least a terabyte repository

The git does not store binaries.
If you push your 100GB into git and actively change your 5Gb files, then in a month it will become a couple of terabytes of storage.

look aside git lfs git
itself has nothing to do with it.
