How to organize a high-speed file exchange between Windows and Linux?

The essence of the problem is that git and phpstorm work very slowly through the ball from linux to windows.
On linux, the environment is roughly pre-production with all the resulting modules and components.
- I use PHPStorm, samba. (Tried NFS both native Windows and using NekoDrive) I
suspect the speed in transferring small git files-objects. If you log in via ssh and start working with git in a line, there are no problems, but if you use it from Windows through a ball in the IDE interface, it either takes a lot of time or just freezes.
Between two Linuxes, NFS works with a bang, PHPStorm quickly indexes and commits all changes.
Sabma is also good when uploading large files.
The option with local git and push on linux is not very suitable.

NFS works just as well between Windows and Linux
. And it's significantly faster than samba.

NFS
But you can just drive with winscp or (if you're on Linux) scp/fish/etc.
But this is nonsense.
Learn to use the git and you will know happiness.
